According to the budget airlines' chief executive officer Tony Fernandes, the facilities provided by Malaysian Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) and the services offered by AirAsia simply do not add up becomes the reason why the company will be shifting its operations from the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang.
