[12th General Election] Nomination In Permatang Pauh

In Permatang Pauh, more than 3,000 supporters gathered to show their support for opposition candidate and incumbent Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail. The PKR president filed her nomination papers at 9.15am at the Maktab Perguruan Tengku Bainun. Her Barisan Nasional (BN) rival, Pirdaus Ismail, filed his papers at 9.03am.
