[DAP] Letterhead issue: Liu reprimanded, Teng advised to 'be careful'

The DAP disciplinary committee has reprimanded Selangor state exco member Ronnie Liu for not managing his office in accordance with public expectations, while state assembly Speaker Teng Chang Khim has been advised to be careful with his public statements and tweets.
