[Islam] Groups decry caning of females

Muslim NGOs say the recent caning punishment of three Muslim women found guilty of having illicit sex should not be sensationalised. Former Perlis Mufti Dr Asri Zainul Abidin says in Islam, caning is the last resort to be used for sex offences.
