[Malaysia] Wee: School canteen operators cannot raise food prices

Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong says school canteen operators cannot raise the prices of their food and drinks although the price of sugar has gone up. He told reporters this following the rise of the price of sugar to 20 sen more per kilo beginning January 1st.
